Louis Bar
Art Deco Hotel Montana
The hotel bar is named after the legendary jazz trumpeter Louis Armstrong, whose life-size wooden statue greets all guests at the entrance to the bar.
The LOUIS Bar benefited from a light renovation and now once again reflects the spirit of the 30s. As a well-known meeting place in Lucerne for an aperitif or a drink until the early hours of the morning, the LOUIS Bar often witnesses spontaneous musical performances, played on instruments brought by the guests and accompanied by the bar pianist, Richard Decker. Served by the charming hostess Vreni Erni, the range of over 90 single malt whiskeys on offer, including the largest selection of rare whiskeys, is unique in Switzerland.
