The depot
This is what we call the Museum of History Lucerne! Visit the depot and experience history, live and close-up.
A vast number of historical objects recount the stories of ages past. Apart from guided tours of the stockroom, you can carry out your own research in the display space and view special exhibitions. The stockroom tours are a completely new and permanent feature of the exhibition concept where they dramatise specific themes. They take place on the hour, every day the museum is open. Professional actors assume various roles and bring to life the world of history.
