Thanks to Siegfried and Angela Rosengart’s friendship with Pablo Picasso, which spanned over decades, the most inspiring artist of the 20th century is represented by over 32 impressing paintings, primarily from his later work. 125 wonderful, deep aquarelles, drawings and paintings by Paul Klee are the second focus of the Rosengart collection. Besides Pablo Picasso and Paul Klee, Classic Modernism is represented by important artists and extraordinary works of art of exceptional quality in the Rosengart collection.
