Arrival

If you travel by train, the best would be to take a taxi with the luggage. By car you follow the sign 'Luzern Zentrum' on the highway. You take the right lane (Parkaus Zentrum). Then you turn to the right in the 2nd crossing, cross the bridge then turn right again (you'll see signs for the hotel there). You can pull up to the hotel to unload the luggage. We will help you to find a parking.

Conditions

guarantee of the booking and deposit For the confirmation of a booking we need a credit card as guarantee (number and expiration date). The card will not be charged in advance but a reservation will be made for the amount of the first night. When this is not possible the booking will not be accepted tacitly. It is the responsibility of the booker to ensure the credit card can be charged. Standard cancellation policy: A free cancellation or change of the booking is possible up to 3 days, 2pm in advance your arrival. Non-compliance with the cancellation deadline the first night will be charged at 100%. If you do not arrive without cancellation in advance the first night will be charged at 100%. (No Show).
