Cheese course for beginners

 In about 1.5 hours, we will make 1 cream cheese together from cow's milk, which you can take home with you. There will also be time to impart knowledge about milk processing and to answer questions.

Remarks
The course is conducted in German.
For groups, workshops can also be booked in English, French, or Spanish.
