Who will be crowned King or Queen of Aargau in 2027?

Museum Aargau traditionally kicks off the new museum year on Epiphany. The opening event at Wildegg Castle, featuring Grand Council President Ralf Bucher and Museum Director Dr. Marco Sigg, will look back on past highlights and preview the program highlights for 2026 and 2027.

During the Epiphany cake reception that follows, the 2027 King or Queen of Aargau will be crowned. Whoever bites into the right piece of cake will enjoy free admission all year long to all of Museum Aargau’s historic sites.
