Food Unplugged Wald Dinner

At Food Unplugged, everything revolves around the original preparation of food, i.e., without electricity and gas.
Original, authentic, regional, and full of passion, the kitchen artists will conjure up fantastic creations on your plate and spoil you.

Programme:

- 05:55 p.m. Departure of the last free public shuttle from the railway station to the barbecue area at the Fürenalp cable car with the EAB
- 06:15 p.m. Welcome and aperitif (no consumption possible before 6:00 p.m.)
- 06:45 p.m. Seating of guests, start of drinks service
- 07:00 p.m. Start of Food Unplugged
- 11:00 p.m. 1st shuttle (extra course) back to the railway station
- 11:30 p.m. 2nd shuttle (extra course) back to the station

Remarks
The Food Unplugged Festival takes place in all weathers, the seats are covered. If a realisation is not possible due to the safety of all involved, the forest dinner will be cancelled at least 24h before and the money will be refunded.

Both days are already fully booked, we have a waiting list. Feel free to contact us via the enquiry form with your preferred date and number of people. We will gladly notify you if a spot becomes available. Otherwise, we would be happy to welcome you on Saturday, June 14th, and/or Sunday, June 15th, at the Waldbeizli by the grill area near the Fürenalp cable car from 11:00 AM to 5:00 PM. From 11:30 AM to 4:00 PM, you can enjoy the snacks prepared exclusively for you by our chefs. On Sunday, you can also explore the food market with dozens of different local products!
