Nature Retreat
==============

- other events

We connect with nature, move, pause, and relax in the here and now, experiencing ourselves in silence and through interaction...

 Nourished, recharged, and at peace within ourselves, we return to our everyday lives.
We connect with the beautiful, wild nature between Rigi Freibergen and Romiti Felsentor. We move, linger, and relax in the here and now. We experience moments of silence and of sharing. We feel ourselves and nature on a deep level.
We nourish ourselves through contact with the elements, with others, and with the greater whole. We allow ourselves to be moved and recognize ourselves in the mirror of nature. You are warmly invited. Come just as you are.
I look forward to seeing you!
