The Trail Running & Yoga Camp is aimed at sports enthusiasts who
enjoy being active in nature and the mountains are
looking for a weekend full of variety and adventure want to explore the trail running Eldorado of Engelberg under professional guidance
want to receive new input on improving their uphill and downhill technique, running style and training planning and want to maximize their mental potential
Depending on the group, we will cover between 12 and 25 km per day, but with breaks. As we will be in alpine terrain, each participant is required to carry minimal safety equipment (information on the packing list will follow later). Not sure if you are fit enough or equipped? We will be happy to help you with your assessment and provide you with further information.
Remarks
Requirements for beginners:
10km run in approx. 70-80 minutes on the flat
550-700 m uphill per hour
Requirements for advanced runners:
10km run in approx. 60 minutes on the flat
over 750 m uphill per hour
