Celebrate August 1st with us on the idyllically situated Tannalp. Experience an unforgettable adventure with us on an exciting 2-day tour in the breathtaking Engelberg-Melchsee Frutt region! Discover the picturesque trails that meander along the banks of the idyllic four mountain lakes. You can also turn the 2-day adventure into a 3-day adventure and book the carefree package for three days including a starting point at the Rugghubellauf. The 3-day package including two overnight stays (Berggasthaus Tannalp and Hotel Engelberg) will follow in the next few days.
The Four Lakes Tour takes you from the Brünig Pass via Planplatten to Melchsee-Frutt and is considered one of the most spectacular hiking and trail running routes in Switzerland. The next day, you continue via Hasliberg to Engstlensee and Jochpass down to Engelberg. We will give you valuable tips and tricks for trail running during this adventure.

Requirements
be able to run at least 15-25 km with 800 to 1400 meters of altitude on the mountain
approx. 650-750 vertical meters per hour
good physical condition
a head for heights and surefootedness, T2-T4
