Surrounded by the powerful and magical nature of the Gotthard region in the heart of Switzerland, Evelin and Rosmarie offer a time-out for relaxation. Their intention is to bring together the qualities of yoga and those of nature so that the simple, clear and essential can be revealed.
The cuisine is enjoyable and a pleasure. Vegetarian and vegan dishes are offered and preferably seasonal and regional ingredients are used, preferably from their own garden or the surrounding nature.
Management
Evelin Planzer-Berther, yoga teacher:
Evelin grew up in the mountains of Graubünden and has always been connected to nature and the mountains. She was able to live out her passions for many years while traveling, as a hut warden and mountaineer. At a low point in her life, she discovered yoga, which taught her to move more and more from performance to being. She has been teaching yoga in Göschenen, Andermatt and Realp for 25 years. Evelin is married, has 2 teenage children and lives in Andermatt.
Rosmarie Meier Ziegler, hostess:
Rosmarie grew up near Lucerne. Her first job as a home economics teacher took her to the canton of Uri. Back then, she would never have thought that she would one day be cooking for vacation guests so high up in the mountains. Today, she does exactly that with passion and is happy to incorporate much of what grows up there into her cooking. Rosmarie is married, has 3 soon to be grown-up children and lives in Meiental.
