Café Amrein – on the trail of the Willisauer Ringli

Have you come across Willisauer Ringlis? They’re a sweet, round biscuit with a hole in the middle. Steeped in tradition, the Amrein confectionery shop stands in the middle of the old town of Willisau. This is where the famous Willisauer Ringlis are still produced according to the original recipe, which is almost 170 years old.
