It has an elongated floor plan with a spacious double bedroom facing north. To the south is a spacious living room with chemineé, upholstered suite and dining table and open-plan kitchen. From this living room, a rather steep staircase leads up to the gallery where there are two further sleeping areas. The nearest transport facility with a connection to the ski area is the Platz chairlift, which can be reached on foot in 5 minutes. The centre with post office and VOLG supermarket can be reached on foot in 10 minutes. In winter, from Christmas to Easter, the free sports bus runs daily every 30 minutes on the Südelhöhe - Rothorn route, providing excellent access to all valley stations and the centre of Sörenberg, the bus stop is in front of the house. Facilities: TV, radio and WLAN UPC, 4-burner ceramic hob, microwave, oven, dishwasher, filter coffee machine, fondue and raclette crockery, washing machine/tumbler for use with coin-operated machines in the cellar. A parking space is available in the underground car park. There is also a ski room for skis and boots.
