An escalator brings you directly into the heart of the hotel kitchen, where you can watch the chefs create your meal before your very eyes. Take a seat at the table in the middle of the kitchen (awarded 15 Gault Millau points). Seeing, smelling, hearing, feeling and tasting – a unique concept for all the senses.
This culinary experience is available every day. The offer includes a 4-course «Surprise» meal with aperitif served at the kitchen high table for CHF 120 per person.
The Kitchen Club can be reserved exclusively for your Christmas party, birthday party or family celebration (min. 12, max. 26 diners).
The Hotel Montana was built in 1909 by the architects Möri & Krebs in the style of a palace hotel on the grounds of the former Nidlenpalast dairy and milk treatment plant. It opened in 1910. The Hotel Montana is one of the last remaining classic edifices of Lucerne’s hospitality sector.
