The Restaurant Lapin is a treat not just for its specialities, which include skewers at the table flambéed, original Lucerne «Fritschipastete» vol-au-vent and various tasty variations of spring chicken, but also for its other seasonal delicacies.

The Lapin serves the best «Fritschipastete» in town. This speciality, made to a recipe supplied by the archivist of Lucerne’s Pfistern Guild, features a crispy puff pastry vol-au-vent containing pieces of stewed and roast veal and raisins in brandy in a tasty dark sauce, accompanied by fresh seasonal vegetables.
