Lucerne was once protected by a stone curtain wall and 30 towers. Together we climb the Musegg Wall and hear stories about the building of the fortifications. It’s a great place to admire the superb views of the city, Lake Lucerne and the surrounding mountains.
Covered wooden wall-walks are still a feature of the city – silent witnesses to an eventful, troubled past.
Can be booked from 1 April to 1 November.
