The ACE Snowpark at the SkiArena Andermatt-Sedrun resort lies on a sunny slope by the Tegia Gronda ski lift and offers fabulous views of the valley.
Located 2,300 metres above sea level, the park boasts a variety of lines and levels of difficulty. Local park designer Raju Boog put a lot of passion into laying out the ACE Snowpark.
Freestylers are definitely well served here. Make the most of the two small and medium kicker lines with 5- to 18-metre tables or the box and rail line. An absolute must is the CrossPark, consisting of an 800-metre-long ski and snowboard cross slope with lots of waves, tables, jumps and five steep turns.
The ACE Snowpark originally went under the name Snowpark Andermatt Sedrun Sport AG, or ASS. Since this abbreviation meant something else in English, it was decided to rename it after the English translation of the German word ‘Ass’: that’s why the park is now known as the ACE Snowpark.
