The Grosse Mythen has an alpine character, yet the mountain can be easily climbed. The reward for the hike is a sensational panoramic view with tens of hundreds of mountain peaks.

After a successful summit ascent and descent - stop at the Skihaus Holzegg with a beautiful sun terrace. 5 minutes from Holzegg towards Rotenflue. A unique experience is the sunrise on the Grosse Mythen.

Narrow, rocky mountain path. Preferably keep to the mountain side. Not recommended for small children. The Mythenweg is exposed but well developed and well secured at the critical points.
