The varied circular route Freienbach-Pfäffikon passes by a beautiful woodland edge. Along the way, various benches and a forest sofa invite you to rest.

A possible start of the circular route is at Freienbach SBB station. From there, the path runs near the lake. During the summer months, the lakeside baths invite you to cool off. In winter, it is worth stopping to observe the numerous water and migratory birds. Along the walk, you encounter the Leutschen area. There the view opens up to the undeveloped cultural landscape. In the midst of the stunning vineyards of the Einsiedeln monastery cellar, you discover the Leutschenhaus. **Getting there**

**From Zurich:**

- Take motorway A3 from Zurich towards Chur, exit 38 Wollerau.
- Take Wilenstrasse to Seeweg in Freienbach.
- Follow the signs to Freienbach SBB station.

**From Chur:**

- Take motorway A3 from Chur towards Zurich, exit 40 Pfäffikon / Rapperswil.
- Take the right lane towards Pfäffikon / Altendorf. At the traffic lights, turn left towards Pfäffikon.
- At both roundabouts take the second exit. Continue to Freienbach.
- Follow the signs to Freienbach SBB station.

**From Lucerne, Schwyz:**

- From Lucerne, Zug or Schwyz take the cantonal road via Sattel, Rothenthurm, Biberbrugg, Schindellegi to Pfäffikon.
- In Pfäffikon turn left onto Churerstrasse.
- Follow the signs to Freienbach SBB station.
