This path to the Napf is short and steep. It leads steadily through the forest and thanks to the short ascent, there is plenty of time at the top to enjoy the wonderful panorama.

This route to the Napf is probably one of the shortest. Although the path leads exclusively through the forest, there are always beautiful views into the Napfberg region and over to the Trachselegg. There are plenty of benches and simple grill areas along the way.

It is always a wonderful moment when, after about an hour, the Bernese Alps appear behind the last hairpin bend and the triangulation point of the Napf comes into view.

Directions & Parking facilities

**Getting there**By car via Willisau towards Hergiswil, follow the road and the stream until you can go no further. There is a large parking lot there.

**Parking**Sufficient parking spaces available. Free of charge.

**Public transportation**No bus or PostBus goes to the Wiggerenhütte. It is possible to take the PostBus from Willisau towards Hergiswil to the final stop Hübeli. From there, a hiking trail leads to the Wiggerenhütte.
