While skiing, ascents and descents alternate repeatedly. In the Ochsenboden area, the trail profile changes. The winding route requires good technique from the skiers. An intensive additional loop awaits at the end of the 18-hole golf course Ybrig. This section is perfect for interval training for ambitious hobby athletes. After the climb follows a descent down to the Sihl. Along the river, it goes back to the starting point in the middle of the village Studen. The 27 km long circular trail of the Studen cross-country center requires stamina and technique. The route of the cross-country paradise is divided into 5 sections. This division allows both beginners and professionals to get their money's worth.
