This circular hike passes by two of the magnificent Frutt lakes and climbs high up to spectacular views over the entire Melchsee-Frutt high plateau and the neighboring Bernese valleys.

The "old mountain station" Melchsee-Frutt is the starting point for this wonderful circular route. The path leads along the deep blue Melchsee to Distelboden and further to the Balmeregg ski lift.
