The ski tour begins at the Gemsstockbahn mountain station. From there, the route leads over the Gafallenlücke into the Guspistal valley. After the descent through “Im hinteren Loch,” the ascent toward Gloggentürmli begins again at an elevation of approximately 3,360 meters above sea level. Once at the top, a sweeping view of the surrounding mountains in the cantons of Uri and Ticino opens up. For the descent, there are two options to choose from: Return to the Guspistal and continue to the Gotthard Pass Road. From there, the route follows the pass road—which is closed in winter—to Hospental. Descend via Sellasee to the Gotthard Pass and then along the Gotthard Pass Road—which is closed in winter—to Hospental."

A distinctive gorge connecting the Guspistal Valley with the basin of Lago della Sella. The name “Gloggentürmli” clearly refers to the small towers that characterize it; the tallest of the vertical rock spires is about 10 meters high.

The Gloggentürmli stands out even from a distance thanks to its striking rock spires. The tour itself is also impressive, featuring varied terrain and breathtaking views.
