From the Seeli, we then walk east towards Waldweidli and Marienhöhe. Here we take the last great panorama photo towards Fronalpstock. A short break. In 15 minutes, we are back through the Tannwald in Oberdorf at the Tanzplatz, where we comfortably board the post bus home."

Seelisberg is the sunny terrace of Central Switzerland. Here, exciting history, breathtaking views, cozy forests, and enchanted clearings meet. On the Förster Trail, we also learn many fascinating stories about the forest. A leisurely circular hike with a high experiential value!

We start in the middle of the village Seelisberg at the Tanzplatz. First, we walk about 400 meters east along the road until we turn left into the forest and reach the pilgrimage chapel Maria Sonnenberg. Through the forest, we climb up to the Frutt. **Getting there**From Lucerne, take the A2 motorway to the Beckenried exit. Here you leave the motorway, turn right uphill before Beckenried. You ascend to Emmetten. Here the road levels out again. You pass through Emmetten and follow the road to Seelisberg.
