From the Kräbel stop, the trail leads through romantic wild forest areas - where, according to legend, the devil once dwelled - to the Dächli. There, about 400 years ago, the legendary Dächli landlady welcomed the very first Rigi visitors in her inn. The traditional Rigi alp farms Schwändi and Trib offer insights into the craft of mountain agriculture and sell natural products.
