The name says it all. High above the Sihlsee, this hike offers mountain, lake, and landscape views. This high-altitude hike has a lot of variety to offer and wonderful views in and out.

The Postbus takes hikers from Einsiedeln station to the Sonnenviertel Willerzell at Sihlsee. From there, the route leads a short distance north towards Büel; just before the Green Monkey campsite, the hiking trail turns right, away from the lake, and ascends towards Grueb, continuing to Gueteregg, a very scenic point with a chapel and alpine farm.
