Rigi Scheidegg - Hinter Dosse - Dosse - Unterstetten - Seeweg - Hinter Dosse - Rigi Scheidegg

The circular hike offers a brilliant view of the surrounding mountain peaks and the Swiss lakes. On a clear day, you can see as far as the Black Forest and even spot Säntis.

With the Kräbel-Rigi Scheidegg aerial cableway, you reach the starting point of the hike. With views of Lake Lucerne and the Alps - even Eiger, Mönch, and Jungfrau greet you from afar - you hike along the ridge to the Hinter Dosse junction and then to Dosse. You will be rewarded with a phenomenal view for the somewhat steep ascent. For the also steep descent toward Unterstetten, poles are recommended. From the A4 Goldau exit, you reach the Kräbel parking lot after 2 km.

Alternatively, you can park at the Rigi railways parking lot in Goldau and take the cogwheel railway to Kräbel station.
