The Wissenegg trail offers several alternative loops to shorten, extend, or add an extra loop to the cross-country skiing pleasure. The Finsterwald trail consists of three sections: Nesslebrunnebode trail, Wissenegg, and Mettilimoos. Ski rental and lessons at the Nordic Point on the Bohrplatte directly at the Nesslenbrunnenboden trail Finsterwald every Saturday and Sunday, 10:00 am to 3:00 pm.

In bad weather, opening hours may change at short notice. Please always check on www.langlauf-finsterwald.ch whether the ski rental is open.

**Getting there**The UNESCO Biosphere Entlebuch lies in the heart of Switzerland, centrally between Bern and Lucerne. You can reach Finsterwald via main road 10 towards Entlebuch and from there to Finsterwald.

Attention, in winter the Glaubenberg Pass (Entlebuch - Sarnen) is closed!
