At Maihöfli, chef Robert Steuri and his team show that fine dining can also be vegan. In the historic building, which was built in 1896, he cooks for his guests in the evening in three, five or seven courses, either vegan or with fish and meat. At lunchtime, the two-course "Easy Lunch" offers a taste of regional, seasonal and freshly prepared delicacies. Tradition and modernity come together not only in the building, but also in the dishes.
