Museum
The famous glassworks on Lake Lucerne offers you the opportunity to experience glass up close.

Museum

The exhibition "Shaped by Fire" tells the story of glass and the Glasi Hergiswil. Afterwards, you can watch the glassmakers at work directly at the furnace. The museum was named "one of the most beautiful museums in Europe" by the Council of Europe in 1996.

Experience glass

In the "Glass Labyrinth", visitors are not spectators, they are participants and immerse themselves in a glass world. A seven-metre-high "ball track" was made from many glasses from the Glasi collection. The long slide, a large quartz sandpit and various water games by the lake also offer children a great experience.

Glassblowing

With the best view of the glassmaking platform, you can watch the craftsmen at their rhythmic work and discover for yourself how glasses are shaped, blown and cast from the glowing mass with craftsmanship.
