From the A2 highway, you can reach the two valley stations of the cable cars to Lake Arni in Amsteg or Intschi via the Amsteg and Wassen exits. From your destination, take the bus back to the valley station.

In order to have the shortest possible bus ride back from the destination point to the cable car, we recommend the Intschi valley station for the trip up to Arni.

There are large parking lots right next to the cable cars. The parking lot in Intschi is on the other side of the road a few meters further along the main road in the direction of Altdorf.

You can reach the starting point in Arni by cable car. There are two options, either from Amsteg or from Intschi. Amsteg and Intschi are both easy to reach by public transport. Take the train to Göschenen or Erstfeld and then take the bus to the desired valley station of the cable car. From Gurtnellen, take the same bus line back to Amsteg or Intschi.

From Gurtnellen village there is a bus connection to Gurtnellen Wiler.
