5th Lucerne International Organ Festival

Festival
concert
"Sphärenklänge" for organ and orchestra
For the fifth time, we are opening the doors of the Hofkirche for the Lucerne International Organ Festival. This small anniversary will be celebrated with special splendor this year: Mendelssohn's oratorio "Elijah" for organ, orchestra and choir will be performed at the opening, providing a brilliant and sonorous start to this year's festival. Four solo concerts will follow, performed by renowned organists from Poland, Germany, Belgium and Switzerland. They place the organ in all its tonal diversity, stylistic range and expressive power at the center of the festival.
