Sunday
-Fairy tale storytelling at Wyher Castle for children (free of charge) every full hour (in the hunting cellar of the Herenhaus) from 12:00 PM to 6:00 PM (approx. 20 minutes each)
-St. Nicholas will visit Wyher Castle in person to meet all the children (free) every half hour (in the Jagdkeller in the Herenhaus) from 12:30 PM to 5:30 PM (approx. 20 min. each)
CULINARY DELIGHTS
-Raclette, bratwurst, and cervelat for a “make-your-own platter” at the “OFYR” fire ring
-“White Dreams” coffee & cake parlor with sweets from the Weibel Bakery in Willisau
-Mulled wine stand where you can buy your own Schloss Wyher mug
-Fish & crispy chicken stand by Matthias Fisch
-Delicious waffles (sweet)—mmm…
-The finest roasted chestnuts, gingerbread, and roasted almonds…
ADMISSION/PARKING
-3-day admission pass for adults: 5.-
-Children up to and including age 15: free
-Parking per vehicle & day, including “Park & Ride service” and traffic safety: CHF 5.-
-Please use public transportation (Line 61 from Lucerne Station directly to the Ettiswil Schloss stop)—45-minute ride
PARK & RIDE
-Shuttle bus
-New: We’re offering a free Park & Ride service all three days—Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. From KIGRO directly to the castle and back.
Note:
-Last shuttle departs 15 minutes before the market closes
-When walking in the dark, please use your cell phone’s flashlight and stay on the right-hand side heading toward the parking lot.
GENERAL INFORMATION
-Dogs are allowed (must be on a leash). Water bowls for dogs are provided at the castle fountain.
-The castle is not wheelchair or stroller accessible.
-Strollers must be left outside (there is a designated stroller parking area past the ticket booth by the castle garden).
