The largest Älplermagronen pan ever!
On Saturday afternoon, the spa gardens will be transformed into a stage for something big, quite literally. The GNUSS Festival, together with local associations, is attempting a world record that is as surprising as it is tempting: the largest Älplermagronen in Switzerland. The pan will be manned by Engelberg professionals who have been synonymous with honest, down-to-earth cuisine for many years and have delighted countless guests in the region with their craft.
To ensure the success of this project, a pan of impressive size has been specially forged. With a diameter of around two and a half meters, it offers space for pasta, potatoes, cheese, and cream in XXL format. When the ingredients melt together, a scent spreads throughout the spa gardens, immediately whetting the appetite.
