International Rigi Mountain Run
The Rigi has always held a special allure. In fact, one of the world’s first cog railroads climbed the “Queen of the Mountains” 150 years ago, and those who could afford it had themselves carried up the Rigi.
Our mountain race is also dedicated to the Rigi porters. We warmly welcome runners from near and far who wish to pay tribute to this mountain on a challenging mountain race from Arth to Rigi-Kulm. Enjoy the magnificent natural surroundings along the way and reward yourself at the finish line with a breathtaking panoramic view of the Alps and the lake landscape of Central Switzerland.
