Trail Meeting Dates:

Meeting point / Tour start:
09:30 a.m. Engelberg, Parking Center (near Klostermatte)

Trail Time:
approx. 120-150 minutes | 12-15 km | 700-1000 m +

Equipment:
- Trail running shoes with good grip
- Spikes
- Weather-appropriate clothing
- small well-fitting backpack with drink, gel (if necessary)
- Change of clothes for after the run

Costs:
free (only for club members of Trailrun Central Switzerland)
CHF 10 (for non-members)
