As part of the Weggis Sunday Concerts, a festive concert will take place with Polish artists Roman Gryń (trumpet and flugelhorn) and organist Bogdan Narloch. The programme spans a wide range from baroque sonorities to romantic sensibilities and film music. The two highly acclaimed musicians will delight the audience with their playing. They will perform the prelude from Charpentier's "Te Deum", cantata movements by J. S. Bach, "Prière à Notre-Dame" and Toccata from Léon Boëllmann's Suite gothique, Chopin's Etude "Tristesse", Morricone's "Gabriel's Horn", virtuoso organ pieces such as Reger's Variations on "God Save the King" and Gaston Bélier's Toccata as well as contemporary works by Marek Czerniewicz and, finally, the "Miniatures on Swiss Folk Songs" by Conrad Zwicky, such as "Vo Lozärn gäge Wäggis zue".
