Nestled in the picturesque landscape of Lake Alpnach, Camping Bachmattli in Alpnachstad offers a unique combination of camping close to nature and a wide range of leisure activities. With direct access to the lake and a peaceful location between mountains and water, the campsite is the ideal place for those seeking relaxation, active holidaymakers and water sports enthusiasts.
Pitches and services
The campsite has a total of 47 pitches for permanent tenants and 15 tourist pitches for tents, caravans and motorhomes. The offer is complemented by five new mobile bungalows in the upper part of the site. These are heated and some are equipped with their own shower and toilet. The surrounding, modernized sanitary facilities are available to all guests and ensure comfort during their stay.
The previous camping restaurant has been converted into a cosy lounge for camping guests. There are also plans to offer breakfast, for which the existing infrastructure can be used.
Just a few meters from the campsite, an approximately 70-meter-long lakeside meadow directly on the shores of Lake Alpnach invites you to linger. There is a buvette there, which is open not only to camping guests, but also to locals and cyclists. Offering drinks and small delicacies, it is an attractive addition to the campsite and strengthens the link between camping, water sports and local recreation for the region.
