In the event of cancellation of a definitive reservation for any reason, the cancellation costs below apply if the yurt cannot be re-let for the same period or the same offer.
Up to 22 days before arrival: free of charge.
21-7 days before arrival: 50% of the booking fee.
6-0 days before arrival or in case of "no-show": 100% of the booking fee.
Any refund will only be made in the form of a voucher. Unfortunately, rebookings are not possible. The above cancellation conditions apply.
