We’ll bake 8 apple cakes, ranging from covered apple cake to strudel, learn about different doughs and preparation methods, get some tips, and taste everything. Take-home portions included, plus vegan and gluten-free recipes.

From covered apple tarts to strudel

We’ll bake 8 different apple tarts, which you’ll get to taste at the end of the course and take a slice of each home with you.

You’ll learn about different cake batters, prepare the apples in various ways and receive tips on how to make the tarts particularly tasty and attractive.

Good to know: there is at least one vegan and one gluten-free recipe included.

Let yourself be surprised, as they are not the same as in 2025.

Lunch is served whilst the cakes are cooling.
