Note for ski tour guests - transportation during the summer season
During the transition period between the summer and winter seasons (especially in spring and fall), we are unable to transport guests with touring skis to the Brienzer Rothorn by cable car. The reason for this is ongoing snowmaking work and various construction works that are necessary during this time to prepare for winter operations. This work has a considerable impact on safety on the mountain. The slopes are not open to skiers during this phase. Ski transportation with the cable car is prohibited during summer operation.
We ask all ski tour guests for their understanding and thank them for their consideration. As soon as the mountain is ready for winter operations, we look forward to welcoming all winter sports enthusiasts back.
