Glacier excursion | Titlis

The 20-minute ride on the Titlis Xpress gondola cableway from Engelberg to Stand terminus is itself a spectacular experience. You then switch to the Titlis Rotair, the world’s first aerial cableway with rotating cabins, which whisks you up the Titlis over the glacier in just a few minutes. The views from the summit into the distance are phenomenal – they range from the mountains in Cantons Graubünden and Valais all the way to the Black Forest. Highlights of the Titlis excursion include a visit to the glacier grotto, the Titlis Cliff Walk (Europe’s highest suspension bridge), the Ice Flyer glacier chairlift, and the world’s highest pizza oven in a mountain restaurant.
