The explorer box is available at the valley and mountain stations of the Rossweid gondola lift. With the help of the explorer's handbook, acid test strips, compass, magnifying glass & measuring tape, the little ones can discover the moorland on Rossweid on their own.

The explorer box is well suited for use on the large bog circuit, but can be used independently throughout the entire Mooraculum. There are no fixed stations / posts for the use of the research tools.
