RIGI LAKE VIEW WALK | Rigi

This easy high-altitude hike offers breathtaking views over the Swiss Midlands, extending to the Black Forest and the Vosges. The trail leads from Rigi Kulm to Rigi Kaltbad, gradually descending while covering around 300 meters in altitude.

Enjoy spectacular vistas of Lake Lucerne and Lake Zug, experiencing nature’s beauty with minimal effort. A special highlight is the panoramic view from the Känzeli viewpoint – even Queen Victoria of England was impressed by the majestic scenery when she visited in 1868.

The Mt. Rigi hiking ticket includes the following rides:

• from Vitznau / Weggis to Rigi Kulm by cogwheel railway or cable car

• from Rigi Kaltbad to Vitznau / Weggis by cogwheel railway or cable car

The hike is from Rigi Kulm to Rigi Kaltbad or vice versa.
