But what would a visit to our dairy be without sampling our cheese? Only half a visit! That’s why we offer our visitors an aperitif consisting of a tasty selection of the cheese specialities we make here, together with a platter of meats. They are served with the finest buffalo bread from the Stein bakery in Schangnau in the Emmental.
