SUMMER STEAM TRIPS LOCOMOTIVE 16 | FROM VITZNAU

Take a trip back in time to 1871, when Europe's first mountain railway opened on the route from Vitznau to the Rigi. The summer steam trips bring this pioneering achievement in railway history back to life. Lovingly and expertly restored locomotives and carriages from the early years are used. The combination of historic technology, characteristic steam operation, and the impressive mountain landscape creates a unique atmosphere that is rarely experienced today.
