Get to know the uncensored history of the penal system, take a brave step into the medieval dungeon in the Water Tower, hear about customs and punishments, and see where pillories and punishment cages once stood. Have no fear, the guillotine from 1862 is no longer in use. You can see it in the History Museum before continuing to the former central prison.
