Thursday Evening Ride to Stanserhorn
Starting in June, the Stanserhorn Railway will operate continuously every Thursday from 8:15 a.m. to 11:00 p.m. The revolving restaurant offers a varied selection of seasonal and regional dishes, as well as popular self-service classics. Directions & Parking facilities
The Stanserhorn is the local mountain of Stans, the capital of the canton of Nidwalden, and is just a 13-minute train ride or a 15-minute drive from Lucerne. From the Stans train station, it’s a 5-minute walk to the valley station. The trip from the valley station via the midway station to the Stanserhorn takes 24 minutes.
