Take the S-Bahn to the "Hergiswil Matt" stop. There is a quarter-hourly service between Lucerne and Matt. The stop is handicapped accessible.
Or from Hergiswil railway station take the Mattbus to Hergiswil Mattli station, from there it is a 5-minute walk to the swimming pool.
