Innovative because all the grape varieties grown here above the Wauwilermoos are new cultivars derived from established varieties.

However, Ruedi Meyer’s family and team not only produce their own wines and specialties; they also operate “WyGuet Terret,” another label under which they collaborate with like-minded winemakers to produce wines from various vineyards comprising a total of approximately 2,500 vines. This yields 1,500 to 2,000 kilograms of grapes each year, which are used to produce various red and white wines.

The wines are classified as AOC Lucerne, and other specialties include grape marc brandies, nut liqueurs, and table grapes.
